Who: This program is aimed at those who haven’t been on their bike for a while or do some riding but would like to do more to gain confidence on their bike. There will be an added element of fun exercises along the bike ride route.
Why: Biking is a great way to get around and met people and at the same time offers a perfect low impact exercise option, that’s great for the community and the planet.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
5th – 7th , 12th – 14th, 19th – 21st December
9.30am – 11am Start @ the Market carpark next to the river walkway
How: Approximately 45min Ride and exercise followed by group catch up at Mudducks afterwards. Complimentary coffee for joining Back to Bikes!
Maximum 10 per group, must have own bike
What do I need to do: Grab your bike (We can provide advise if you don’t have one), then either register or rock up to the sessions.
